IntraFilm is an advanced colloidal silica concrete finishing aid that enhances the finishing process of concrete surfaces and extends workability under challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures, wind, or low humidity. IntraFilm is engineered to facilitate a smoother, more efficient finishing process, and to improve the durability and lower the maintenance needs of concrete slabs by reacting during the concrete s hydration phase.
Extends the workability of the concrete surface in varied environmental conditions including heat, humidity, dryness, and wind.
Enhances the application of dry shake hardeners.
Increases concrete workability without altering the water-to-cement ratio.
Minimizes wear on trowels and equipment due to its lubricating properties.
Improves impact and abrasion resistance.
Helps maintain moisture in the slab, reducing curling and shrinkage.
Lowers the potential for checking, crazing, and scaling.
Contains low VOC content (<50 g/L), reducing environmental impact.
Diminishes the potential for alkali-silica reaction (ASR).
